We encourage our clients to fill out our lead enquiry form so we can learn exactly what you are wanting to achieve with your construction project.

After you submit the enquiry form, we will follow up to organise a face to face meeting where you can meet Kurt in person and discuss your project in more detail.

Once we receive your completed planset we will work to provide an in depth customised proposal to suit each individual client. Once you approve our tailored proposal, we will provide an MBA contract for your review and signature.

Once the contract is signed, we can guide you through all applicable council approvals, or apply on your behalf. While waiting for council approval if required, we guide you through our selection process to create a smooth building experience and ensure all time constraints are met.

Once council approval has been received construction will commence. Kurt will frequently be on site ensuring all our systems and processes are implemented to ensure quality. Clients will have frequent site access and ongoing communication to ensure all concerns or questions are answered in a timely manner.

After the construction of your home is complete Kurt will meet you on site for final inspections to ensure everything is completed to the high standards we have set. You will then be provided with your new house keys along with all relevant manuals, warranties, etc. Kurt will also answer any questions you may have about all the features of your home.

Whether it is 1 week, or 6 years after the completion of your home, our communication lines will always remain open. We aim to build lasting relationships that don’t end upon the completion of your home, and offer exceptional customer service long after the completion of your home.
