Build process
1. Initial Consultation
It all starts with a phone call or email to Kurt. Once contact has been made Kurt will arrange to meet with you face to face to discuss the proposed house more in depth.
2. Face to face consultation
This stage can go 3 ways:
- Kurt will meet you at your already purchased block or land, with your already designed plans, and will discuss your budget and different options for inclusions that can be added into the quote to give you the most accurate quote to suit your needs.
- If you already own a block or land, but don’t have any plans yet Kurt will meet you at his office to provide you with the right contacts to get your dream house designed exactly how you will love.
- If you don’t own a block or land, and don’t have a design yet Kurt will be more than happy to help you search for a block of land that will suit your needs and then provide you with the right contacts to get your house designed.
3. Quotation & Acceptance
Taking into consideration the earthworks, house size and inclusions Kurt will construct an easy to read, accurate, competitive quote for your proposed house.
4. Contracts, Council Approval & Insurances
Once the quotation has been accepted we will sign our HIA Building Contracts and then start submitting documents to council to get the approval we require to start construction works. While this is happening, we will also arrange Home Warranty Insurance and Construction Risk Insurance.
5. Construction Process
After all the official paperwork is complete the exciting stuff begins! Earthworks will start and before you know it there will be a concrete slab down and framework up. Everything will start to move quickly and right in front of your eyes your dream home will begin to take shape! Along the journey we will be in constant communication guiding you through all the different selections you must choose to make the process as stress free as possible. With frequent communication and regular site visits with Kurt, we want you to feel like you were as much a part of the construction as our highly skilled tradesmen.
5.Construction Process

6. Completion of Construction
As construction nears completion visits will become more frequent to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every single aspect of the build. Once we both agree the house is exactly as you had planned we move to everyone’s favourite part…
7. Handover
It’s finally time for Kurt to hand you the keys to your brand-new beautiful home!
